Hotel Starlino is a new range of aperitifs offering a variety of drinks for early-evening occasions, from a beautifully balanced vermouth to an elegant wine-based Aperitivo.
Inspired by the architecture of the Starlino distillery located just outside of Torino, Starlino oozes European charm and offers urban drinkers a perfect epicurean moment so often associated with golden hour – watching the sun going down from a hotel terrace somewhere away from your daily noise.
Starlino’s Italian vermouth master, Beppe Ronco, was inspired by the glory of this Italian Landmark – Hotel Starlino. The vermouth is made with fine wines, botanicals, herbs and spices and ‘finished’ in bourbon barrels to give a delicious rich flavour.

STARLINO ROSA
A light to medium bodied palate of plum and cherry flavours supported by soft, cleansing acidity. Cherry glacé finish is delightfully fresh and deceptively long as hints of rose petal emerge late in the aftertaste.
STARLINO ARANCIONE
A semi-dry aperitivo that is rich, full-bodied and vibrant. Tropical aromas are met by flavors of blood orange and peach that fill the palate. Enjoyable on its own or mix into your favourite cocktail.

Try them neat (on ice) or in a tall drink with soda or tonic.
