Monte Stambecco, rich in golden hue, is a bold Italian amaro liqueur infused with luscious maraschino cherries and 30 different botanicals. Maraschino cherries grew in popularity during the 19th century and went into short supply due to high demand. They became seen as a delicacy for royalty and for the wealthy.
