MAHALA
BOTANICAL
“Mahala” is the Zulu word for “free.” Mahala Botanical is a triple distilled non-alcoholic spirit free from sugar, alcohol, colourants and artificial flavour.
Mahala is made in South Africa, using nine hand-sourced botanicals that are infused under vacuum to extract the flavour. We own the entire process from foraging the botanicals to distilling in our custom-built vacuum stills. Every bottle is hand labelled in our craft distillery.
TASTING NOTES
Fragrant clove and cardamom on the nose which carries through to the palate. Subtle citrus and pepper notes with a hint of buchu. Mahala is herbaceous witha long citrus finish.
How to Enjoy

Enjoy in a M&T – 50ml Mahala over ice, topped with Fever-Tree Tonic. Garnish with lemon zest and rosemary.
