Don Papa Aged Rum is a small batch single island premium aged rum from the sugar island of Negros Occidental, Philippines.
Distilled from some of the finest sugar cane in the world, Don Papa Rum is aged for over seven years in American oak barrels in the foothills of Mount Kanlaon. The rum is then charcoal filtered to remove any tannins and impurities before being blended to perfection.
Don Papa is light amber in colour and fruity on the nose. Experience a smooth and delicate palate with a long-textured finish, offering flavours of vanilla, honey, and candied fruits.
Enjoy Don Papa Rum neat, on the rocks or over one large ice cube, which melts imperceptibly in your glass.

OLD FASHIONED
Mix 2 tots Don Papa Rum, 10 ml Liquid Brown Sugar, 1 drop Maraschino, 2 drops Hopped Grape Fruit Bitters, 1 drop Orange Bitters, 2 slices of orange rind and ice.
THE PAPA NEGRONI
Add 1 tot bitter Apérol, 1 tot white vermouth and 2 tots Don Papa Rum to a glass filled with ice. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a grapefruit wedge.
