An Dúlamán is a definitive Irish Maritime Gin, rooted in the legends of Donegal.
This spirit reflects the long distilling heritage of the Sliabh Liag peninsula, with liquids of the highest quality that capture the essence of this wild coastal land and its people.
An Dúlamán Irish Maritime Gin is the first gin produced in Co. Donegal, Ireland. It’s a true embodiment of its surroundings in that it’s made through capturing “Draíocht na Farraige” (the magic of the sea) by using five locally harvested seaweeds as well as six other local botanicals. It’s rare and made only in small batches.
Dulaman is the name of an Irish folk song which relates a conversation between two seaweed collectors.
TASTING NOTES
Bright and soft juniper to the fore. Complexity is revealed in umami richness, brisk salt, zest, buttery oyster smoothness. Hints of chestnut earthiness and peach.
