Grace Du Roi MCC is made from Chardonnay grapes that are grown in the dry winelands surrounding Paarl. These low yield  vineyards are naturally watered, and give a smaller, more  flavoursome berry than irrigated blocks. In the traditional Méthode Champenoise style, our MCC spends 9 months fermenting in the bottle, to create an  exquisite sparkling wine in the French style. The Chardonnay grapes are harvested at night while still  firm on the branch, and in cooler conditions to maintain their  freshness. They are fermented with only the slightest contact  with French oak, creating a beautifully structured, elegant  wine.

TASTING NOTES

Grace MCC Brut
Lively bubble with a delightfully fresh green apple and pear note, hints of creaminess, and a delicate vanilla-spice finish.

Grace MCC Rose
Succulent pink and lively dancing bubble, with velvety notes of green apple and crisp raspberry, hints of strawberries, and creamy aftertaste.
